Coach Tim Miller
Tim Miller has served as the head football coach at Lapel High School for over a decade, becoming one of the most influential leaders in the history of the Bulldogs program. When he assumed the role in June 2012, roster numbers were low and the program struggled to compete. Through steady leadership and commitment, Miller increased participation and built a culture of pride, accountability, and competitiveness.

Working alongside longtime Lapel Optimist Club Directors Tony and Karen Mullett, Miller has developed Lapel into a consistent Class 2A contender. Over fourteen seasons, his teams have posted multiple winning records and captured six sectional championships, including three in a four-year span.

Career Highlights & Achievements
Historic 2025 Season: Miller guided the Bulldogs to their first undefeated regular season and the program’s inaugural regional championship.

Winningest Coach: He stands as the winningest football coach in school history, establishing a tradition of success for players and alumni alike.

Mentorship: Beyond championships, he is highly respected for mentoring student-athletes and fostering a family atmosphere within the program.
